What to Know About Driving Laws

Driving Laws

Due to the exactness of its nature, driving above the speed limit is considered to be the most broken driving law in the United States. This is due solely to the fact that in the event of driving a single mile per hour above the speed limit is breaking the driving law. With the exception of cruise control, the ability to manually stabilize a speed while driving is impossible. This is a fact of which law enforcement agents are aware. However, their awareness is not an invitation to break any laws for driving. While driving a mile or two over the speed limit on a highway is still considered to be a crime on the highway, the best way to avoid breaking the speed limit is to drive slower and more carefully. However, a mile or two in excess of the speed limit in a residential or school zone is a serious offense and can be avoided through slower and safer driving habits.
