On September 19, 2012, the Federal Bureau of Investigation announced the kidnapping of Alabama teen, Ailene Mariz Lander.  She was taken from the Southeast Alabama Medical Center by her stepfather, Charles Partin, who goes by the name “Dean.”  Ailene was kidnapped at roughly 1 p.m. on Monday, September 17. 

The FBI reports that Ailene Later is most likely with her mother and step-father.

Description of Charles Partin:

·         Born March 12, 1976

·         5’10” and approximately 250 pounds

·         Green eyes, brown hair

Description of Julie Ann Bethke (Ailene’s Mother)

·         Born June 12, 1976

·         5’3” and approximately 160 pounds

·         Blue eyes, long brown hair

Ailene Mariz Lander’s characters are as follows:

·         Born May 20, 1997 in Alabama

·         5’5” and approximately 140 pounds

·         Brown hair, brown eyes

·         White skin

·         Female

After the kidnapping from the medical center, the step-father was last seen leaving with Ailene in a blue, 1994 Mercury Villager at approximately 1 p.m. central time.  The tag on the car was either 34B26K3 or 38D18W2.  The step-father and mother of Ailene are the non-custodial parents, and Ailene is believed to be with her five other siblings. 

The FBI is announcing an unspecified reward for information that leads to the current location of Ailene Lander.  You can call the 1-800-CALL FBI (1-800-225-5324) tip line, or you can visit your local FBI office, Embassy, or Consulate as well. 

The FBI has not released any further information, so drivers and the general public within a large radius form Dothan, Alabama are encouraged to look out for suspicious activity.
